Phytopure Glycine Plus brings together two studied sleep support ingredients in one simple formula. Glycine is an inhibitory neurotransmitter that supports sleep onset by helping lower core body temperature, the body's own physiological trigger for falling asleep. Research suggests it also supports next-day alertness, not just sleep duration.

Magnesium bisglycinate complements glycine by supporting normal nervous system function and a normal stress response. The bisglycinate form was chosen for its gentler effect on digestion compared to other magnesium forms, making it suitable for everyday, long-term use.

Presented as a clean, unflavoured powder for once-daily use at night, it offers a practical alternative to capsules and does not contain synthetic sleep medications.
