How to Use

Tea:
Place 1 tea bag in approximately 250 ml of freshly boiled water. Steep for 10-15 minutes. Remove the tea bag and enjoy. Take 1 tea bag once daily in the evening after eating.

Capsules:
Adults: Take 2 capsules once daily, preferably in the evening after eating, with a full glass of water.
