Picture this. You're finishing a room where you want soft, glare-free lighting that doesn't scream "LED downlight," something that just looks like good ambient light. This fixture does that with its opal diffuser, and the 3CCT switch means you can dial it to warm for a bedroom, neutral for a kitchen, or cool for a home office, all without buying three different products. Sitting between the 9W and 18W versions in this range, it's a middle-ground fit for medium-sized rooms.
Same two flags as the rest of the Luka range: it's Non-Dimmable, and the lifespan rating is L70B50 without a stated hours figure, a lower spec than the L80B10@50,000hrs rating on some of the other panels, so I kept specific hour or "long-lasting" claims out. IP33 is indoor-only, not suited to bathrooms or high-humidity areas.
