Description

Get bright, automatic light the moment someone comes near, and let it switch itself off again, without wiring in a separate motion sensor or leaving a floodlight burning all night.

  • Built-in PIR sensor picks up movement across a 120 degree arc from 4 to 8 metres out, so a driveway, path or doorway lights up before anyone reaches it.
  • On-time is adjustable from about 10 seconds up to 10 minutes, and a daylight sensor holds it off until dusk, so it only runs when it is dark and only as long as you need.
  • 3000 lumens from 30 watts at 100 lm/W: enough to properly light a parking bay or back yard on a fraction of the power an old halogen security light would draw.
  • Die-cast aluminium body sealed to IP65 and impact-rated IK07, so rain, dust and knocks are not a problem on an exposed wall.
  • 3kV surge protection and a 200 to 260V input range keep it running through the spikes and brownouts common on outdoor supply.
  • Ships with a 1 metre pre-wired cable and a 20 degree adjustable stainless steel bracket, so it mounts to a wall or eave and aims where you want in minutes.
  • Non-Dimmable
  • Product Dimensions (mm) H 155 x L 49 x W 132

This sensor floodlight is for hands-off security or convenience lighting: a front door or garage that should light up on approach, a dark side passage, a driveway gate, a back yard, or a shop entrance. The 6000K cold white output is bright and alert rather than cosy, which is what you want for visibility and deterrence, not ambience on a patio. It is hardwired to a fixed supply, so it suits a permanent installation on a wall or under an eave, not a portable or plug-in setup. The sensor covers a 120 degree spread, so mounting it around 2 to 3 metres up on the approach side gives the earliest trigger.
