Description
Robust: the cordierite material makes the pizza plate more stable, it contains longer the temperature than for example, a pizza tray and it looks more beautiful while serving. Not only for pizza but also for cheese, cakes or hot rolls!
Cleaning should be by hand, the bread baking stone is not dishwasher-proof.
DIY BAKING: before you place the dough on the flat grill stone, you should either place baking paper or sprinkle the stone plate with flour. Bread and pizzas baking easy made!
