One Headset for Computer and Desk Phone The MDA200 is designed for workplaces transitioning from conventional desk phones to computer-based unified communications. Instead of maintaining separate headsets for each device, users can connect one supported corded USB headset or wireless-headset USB adapter and switch it between their computer and desk phone. Simple Source Switching Dedicated computer and desk-phone talk buttons provide direct control over the active audio channel. If a call arrives on the other device, the user can place the current audio channel on hold and switch to the incoming call. The MDA200 switches between the two connected sources; it does not combine the computer and desk-phone calls into a conference.
