How to use:

1. Remove the hook and insert 2 new AA batteries, watching the polarity

2. Slide the safety cover down to unlock the sealing strip

3. Press and hold for 3 to 5 seconds to preheat

4. Flatten the bag opening, place it between the jaws and press down firmly

5. Slide slowly and steadily from one end of the bag to the other

6. Lift the cover back up when finished; refit the hook to switch off

Tips:

- Use fresh batteries; a weak battery gives a weak seal

- Keep the bag surface clean and dry (no oil or water) for an airtight seal

- Move at a steady pace; too fast will not seal, too slow can melt through thin bags

- Do not press too hard on the heating strip

Note:

- Sizes are hand-measured; allow a small variance
