Power & Charging Issues - Quick Solutions

If your fan won't turn on or won't charge, please try the steps below before returning the item. Most issues are easy to fix.

1. My fan won't turn on, even after charging.

• Possible Cause: Battery protection mode activated (deep discharge).
• Solution: Connect the fan to the charger and leave it charging for at least 3-4 hours. Do not turn it on or unplug it during this time. This "wakes up" the battery.

2. The charger is connected, but the charging light does not turn on.

• Possible Cause A: Loose charging cable or adapter.
• Solution A: Try a different charging cable and a different USB power adapter (5V/1A or 5V/2A recommended). Make sure the plug is fully inserted.
• Possible Cause B: The battery is extremely low (below 0%).
• Solution B: Same as above. Leave it charging for a long period (up to 6 hours). Sometimes it takes time to reactivate a deeply discharged battery.

3. The fan worked before, but after I left it unused for a few weeks, it won't start now.

• Possible Cause: The battery naturally discharged and entered "sleep mode" (standby drain).
• Solution: This is normal for high-power batteries. Please perform a long slow charge (5V/1A charger for 4-6 hours). It should recover.

4. The fan charges fully (light is green/off), but still won't spin.

• Possible Cause: The battery voltage drops instantly when starting the motor (battery aging or deep discharge damage).
• Solution: Try step #1 again (long charge). If it still doesn't work after 2 attempts, the battery may need replacement. Contact your seller for support.

IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTE:

• Only use a 5V USB charger (like a standard phone charger).
• Do not use fast chargers (Quick Charge / PD) unless specified.
• If the battery case is swollen, leaking, or damaged, do not attempt to charge or use it. Dispose of it safely.
