Instructions for Use

1. This product has 5 buttons: one power button (with play/pause function), one timer button, one light button, one previous track button (with volume decrease function), and one next track button (with volume increase function).

2. It has 9 built-in music tracks (white noise, ocean waves, cricket chirping, rain sounds, birdsong, water sounds, lullaby 1, lullaby 2, lullaby 3).

3. The light button can work independently and can operate even when the device is off.

4. Press and hold the power button for 0.5 seconds; a short press plays/pauses the music. After powering on, it plays one track in a loop. Press the previous/next track button to switch tracks. A long press increases or decreases the volume. The device remembers which track was played when the device was off, and it will automatically play the last track played upon powering on again.

5. Pressing the light button cycles through 6 tracks, from 10 minutes to 0 minutes. The countdown begins at 10 minutes, and the breathing rhythm gradually slows down after 10 minutes. The light illuminates when inhaling and dims when exhaling, guiding your breathing. This function automatically shuts off after a 1-hour timer. This is done when the timer is off; if it is, press the set time.

6. The timer is divided into 15-minute intervals (red LED), 30-minute intervals (green LED), and 60-minute intervals (blue LED). A short press switches between these intervals, and a fourth press turns the timer off. Each interval is indicated by an LED.
