Postpartum Body Belt for Belly Recovery - 3 in 1

This 3-piece postpartum belt set provides support to reshape and realign organs after giving birth and is ideal for women recovering from C-Sections as well as for natural birth recovery. Strong compression helps reshape the abdominal area, reduces swelling by releasing pressure from swollen areas of the belly, and offers a range of other benefits.

This 3-belt set covers a range of postpartum needs:
- Belly belt
- Covers the abdominal area and helps to reduce swelling, prevent sagging, and reposition organs. It can be worn in the first week after birth or once stitches have healed.
- Waist belt
- Covers the waist area and provides lumbar support for breastfeeding as well as helping to slim the waist and flatten the belly
- It can be worn alone or over the belly belt starting about 1 week after birth
- Hip / Pelvis belt
- Helps restore your hips to pre-pregnancy position and to correct pelvic position. It can be worn starting about 7 weeks after belt, alone or together with the other belts

Material is comfortable, breathable, and stretchable. Belts are designed to provide strong compression, ideal to support your post-pregnancy recovery. Belts can be worn discreetly under loose clothing.

Consult with your doctor before wearing postpartum belts. For C-section births, you will likely be advised to wait until after stitches have healed.

Belts can be worn together or separately. Typically, the belly belt is worn by itself shortly after birth. The waist belt may be layered on about 1 week after birth and the hip/pelvic belt about 7 weeks after birth. The set can be worn until about 12 weeks postpartum.

For comfort, you may choose to wear a t-shirt under your belt set.

Belts can be worn throughout the day, but it is not recommended to sleep in the belts

The product is offered in three size options: M, L and XL. All are adjustable to suit a range of women.

Kindly review the size chart and base your selection on your postpartum measurements, as opposed to your measurements prior to pregnancy or prior to giving birth.

Note that the belts are adjustable and stretchy, and intended to fit measurements slightly larger and smaller than the actual belt length.
