Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. What is the benefit of a "Double Janus" design? The Janus coupler provides two separate outlets at the end of the cable, allowing you to power two devices at once without using a separate multi-plug adapter.

2. Is this lead safe to use around small children? Yes, this specific model features childproof shutters on the sockets, providing an extra layer of protection by preventing the insertion of small objects into the electrical contact points.

3. Why is it important to uncoil the full 10m length before use? When an extension lead is used while coiled, it can generate internal heat. For safety, always fully uncoil the lead when powering electronics to prevent potential damage to the insulation.
