Description
The Ligum Fight Gear Pro Pro Internal Groin Guard - Impact Protection Cup - Boxing & MMA Training is designed for impact protection during combat sports training, sparring, grappling, and striking sessions. The system integrates a contoured protective cup within an internal support structure to maintain stable positioning during repeated movement and contact.
The cup profile follows close anatomical alignment to reduce displacement during hip rotation, directional changes, sprawls, and ground transitions. This supports consistent coverage while allowing unrestricted lower-body movement required for kicking, grappling, and clinch work.
An elastic waistband combined with a dual-strap support system stabilises the guard during high-movement training. The retention structure maintains positioning without excessive compression or restriction.
The fabric construction is abrasion-resistant and quick-drying for repeated use in high-frequency training environments. Internal contact surfaces are designed to reduce friction during extended sessions.
