RefectoCil Brow Lamination Kit

The RefectoCil Brow Lamination Kit allows you to design and fix brows semi-permanently in any desired shape. The results will be fuller looking brows. For great results, the brow area must be thoroughly cleaned with RefectoCil Micellar Eye Make-Up Remover.

- Approx. 15 applications

- Application time is only 10 minutes

- Contains keratin that has a hair strengthening effect

- For best results, brow tinting must happen after the treatment for only 3 minutes

Specifications:

- Perm and Neutralizer once opened have a shelf life of 2 months

- In the neutraliser, Hydrogen peroxide is the active agent

- Avoid contact with eyes and skin

- Avoid contact between the perm and neutralizer (reduces effect due to chemical reaction)
