The RefectoCil Colours Starter Mini Kit is compactly packed in a small box. It contains all the products needed for tinting, including the RefectoCil Pure Black and Natural Brown colours. The mini kit is ideal for practice purposes in schools and for anyone working with RefectoCil eyebrow and eyelash tints for the first time.
Application:
Prepare and clean the eye area.
Mix 2 cm of colour with 15-20 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant 3% Cream to a creamy paste and apply immediately to eyebrows and eyelashes.
Leave on for 5 - 10 minutes.
Remove with clear water and cotton pads.
If RefectoCil Blonde Brow is used beforehand, the application time is reduced to 1 - 5 minutes, with Eyelash Curl or Eyelash Lift to 2 minutes.
