Pure Black No. 1 by RefectoCil is an intense, pure and rich black hue.

• Creates long, dark and full eyelashes & perfectly defined eyebrows.

• Can be mixed with some of the other RefectoCil oxidative tints to create a custom shade.

RefectoCil oxidative tints need to be activated for colour results. Use RefectoCil Oxidant Cream 3% for the best colour and long-lasting results.
