Remo Encore EN-0310-BA Ambassador Clear 10" Batter Drumhead

• Unlock the full acoustic resonance, brightness, and sustain of your drum kit with the professional-tier budget engineering of the Remo Encore EN-0310-BA Ambassador Clear 10" Drumhead.
• Specially constructed as a highly accessible alternative to Remo's world-standard USA Ambassador family, the Encore Ambassador series brings the iconic, open-voiced performance of single-ply heads to a value-focused production line, utilizing an Asian-crimped aluminum hoop channel to secure high-strength film.
• The EN-0310-BA configuration is forged from a single layer of high-grade 10-mil clear film.
• Lacking any internal dampening rings or coating materials, this classic design allows the drum shell to vibrate completely uninhibited.
• This structural openness results in a bright, crisp initial stick attack coupled with a long, warm, and highly musical decay that beautifully captures the natural tonal character of your wood or metal drum shell.
• Because the film remains entirely clear, it retains a snappy, sensitive rebound that responds instantly to subtle ghost notes and dynamic volume changes.
• While globally celebrated as the standard benchmark batter head for 10-inch rack toms to deliver maximum projection and tone in pop, rock, jazz, and fusion, the 10-mil clear single-ply profile also serves perfectly as an ultra-resonant bottom-side (resonant) skin.
• It stands as an essential, adaptable tool for live performance venues, recording studios, and student drum kits.

Features

• Open, Resonant Single-Ply Build: 1-ply 10-mil clear film delivers an incredibly open voice with a long, unchoked sustain.
• Bright & Articulate Attack: Smooth, uncoated clear surface provides a sharp, clean stick definition that cuts through acoustic mixes.
• Dual-Use Versatility: Acts flawlessly as a wide-open top batter head or as a sensitive bottom-side resonant head to maximize tom sustain.
• Dynamic Sensitivity: Highly responsive film captures the full spectrum of your playing, from light ghost notes to heavy rimshots.
• Crimped Aluminum Hoop Collar: Manufactured with a high-tension Encore crimped edge lock to ensure reliable, flat drum shell seating.
• High-Value Industry Benchmark: Supplies authentic, factory-approved Remo acoustic profiling at a highly wallet-friendly price point.
