Description
On May 2, 1519, died Leonardo da Vinci, probably the greatest universal genius of all time. Revell honours the artist, anatomist and engineer with a selection of kits of his greatest inventions. The elaborate models made of the authentic material wood are sometimes flexible and allow Leonardo's pioneering ideas to come very close. With his flying machine, Leonardo wanted to construct a machine that would make it possible to fly like a bird. His study anticipated the ideas that we still find today in modern hang gliders.
Finely detailed and Beautiful laser cut wooden construction. Includes high-quality reproduction of Leonardo's original drawing on canvas
