• they are made with a high-quality 6.00 mm thick die-cast aluminum and completed with a Teflon Classic non-stick coating, which makes them resistant and long-lasting.
• The line is made with a specific technology that allows to limit the dispersion of fumes and odors in the environment. Furthermore, thanks to its space-saving format and ease of cleaning, it is the ideal tool for everyday cooking.
• The products are available in two versions: the first for gas, electric and glass ceramic hobs, the second for induction hobs. The entire line is oven-safe up to 250 and dishwasher-safe.
• Saporelax grills ensure greater heat distribution and even cooking, with consequent energy savings.
• The Saporelax line is synonymous with simple and creative cooking. The colored details of the cooking tools embellish the product as well as making it ergonomic and space-saving, in fact with a simple pressure it is possible to remove the handle and then place the grill in the OVEN.

• ECO ALU: 100% recycled and recyclable aluminum.
• After use, clean your Risolì with a delicate detergent under warm water (we recommend our GreenClean detergent) and then dry it immediately and carefully with a clean cloth. You can also use the dishwasher but on a delicate cycle and possibly with non-aggressive detergents (we do not recommend tablets). Remember that the dishwasher could blacken the aluminum bottom due to oxidation.
• The new anti-stress silicone handle in different colors (gray, purple, acid green) is designed for maximum versatility and practicality: it is oven-safe up to 250 , dishwasher-safe and allows a secure grip because it does not transmit the heat of the grill. The Risolì grill is made of high-quality cast aluminum, non-deformable and sturdy (5 mm thick), equipped with a highly resistant non-stick and scratch-resistant coating to allow fast and healthy cooking, without fats or oils.

Risolì was born in Lumezzane in the early sixties. Alfredo Montini founded the company with the aim of creating a space and a reputation in the market of high-quality kitchen utensils, for this reason the cast iron pans were replaced with cutting-edge cooking tools, made with quality materials and non-stick and scratch-resistant coatings.

Over time, passion and artisanal care for every single detail have allowed us to create easy-to-handle and designer products, using innovative techniques and ensuring natural cooking, which enhances the palatability and taste of dishes.

The Risolì production chain is entirely Made in Italy. Each utensil is designed with the advice of the best chefs, produced through a network of certified suppliers and finished by hand, ensuring long life and high quality.

The use of high-quality food-grade materials , including Hi-Grade Aluminum from the Lumezzane foundries, allows us to create cooking tools that are non-toxic, without PFOA, APEO and Nickel, in order to guarantee total safety at the stove.

We pay close attention to every phase of the production process, with the certainty of constant control , thanks to highly advanced machines that allow precise monitoring of efficiency and quality indices.

All our cooking tools are made with the latest generation 4.0 Hybride presses that allow maximum performance with low environmental impact.

The molten aluminum, the cornerstone of our production, is made with recycled aluminum and in turn recyclable . Just think that from 72 cans we obtain a Risolì pan with a diameter of 28 cm.

Confirming Risolì's commitment to cleaner energy is the presence of over 850 photovoltaic panels installed on our 10,000 m2 plant.
