This 46cm rolling pin from EHK does not have revolving handles, this allows you to roll with the palm of your hands, giving you more control over how thick you roll the pastry and also gives you a more delicate touch with the dough. This product is eco friendly, made from solid beech wood and sourced from sustainable managed European forests. The rolling pin will darken to a golden hue as the malleable material enrich the surface. Hand wash. Dry immediately.
