SOLID STAINLESS-STEEL CONSTRUCTION

The Sana 929 is the world's first single-auger juicer built around a solid stainless-steel juicing system.

This is not simply a stainless-steel finish. The auger, juicing drum, fine screen, coarse screen, homogenising screen, drum cap and pressure regulator are manufactured from solid food-grade stainless steel rather than plastic or stainless-coated base material.

These heavy-duty components are exceptionally strong, hygienic and resistant to staining and odours. By removing plastic augers and screens from the high-pressure parts of the juicing system, the 929 avoids two of the common wear points found in conventional juicers.

The stainless-steel juicing components are easy to rinse clean, while the included stainless-steel sieve can be placed over the glass jug when a clearer, lower-pulp juice is preferred.

EXCEPTIONAL HIGH-YIELD EXTRACTION

The horizontal single-auger system applies slow, controlled pressure to extract a high juice yield from a wide range of produce.

It is particularly effective with fibrous vegetables and leafy greens, including celery, kale, spinach, herbs, ginger and wheatgrass, while also producing excellent results with carrots, beetroot, vegetables and fruit.

The adjustable pressure regulator allows the squeezing pressure to be adapted to the ingredients being juiced. Use stronger pressure for celery, leafy greens and firm roots, or reduce the pressure for softer, high-water produce.

FOUR SELECTABLE SPEEDS

Unlike most slow juicers, which operate at one fixed speed, the Sana 929 offers four selectable speeds: 40, 65, 90 and 120 RPM.

This gives you greater control over the extraction process:

• Lower speeds provide slow, controlled extraction for greens, celery and firm vegetables.
• Medium speeds provide excellent all-round juicing performance.
• Higher speeds increase throughput for softer and high-water produce.
• Higher settings can also be used with the optional Sana 702 Oil Extractor.

Together with the adjustable pulp pressure and interchangeable screens, the variable-speed motor allows the Sana 929 to be configured for different ingredients and recipes.

BRUSHLESS DC MOTOR WITH CONTINUOUS RUNTIME

At the heart of the Sana 929 is an advanced 150 W brushless DC motor, engineered specifically for slow, high-pressure juice extraction.

A higher wattage figure does not automatically mean a better juicer. Wattage measures how much electrical power a motor draws; it does not by itself determine motor quality, torque, juice yield, efficiency or durability.

The Sana 929's highly efficient brushless DC motor and reinforced gearing deliver the strong, controlled torque required to press firm roots, celery, leafy greens and other fibrous produce at low speed.

Unlike a conventional brushed motor, the brushless design operates smoothly and efficiently with less mechanical wear. It is designed for continuous operation, allowing longer juicing sessions without the short 15- or 30-minute operating limits found on many domestic juicers.

Automatic jam detection and reverse help keep the juicing process moving when firm or fibrous ingredients place additional pressure on the auger.

THREE SOLID STAINLESS-STEEL SCREENS

The Sana 929 includes three interchangeable solid stainless-steel screens.

FINE JUICING SCREEN

Designed for higher squeezing pressure and excellent extraction from firm vegetables, roots, celery and leafy greens.

COARSE JUICING SCREEN

Features larger openings for softer or more fibrous fruit and produces juice with more natural pulp and texture.

HOMOGENISING SCREEN

Processes the whole ingredient rather than separating the juice from the pulp, transforming the Sana 929 into a versatile low-speed wholefood processor.

MORE THAN A JUICER

With the homogenising screen installed, the Sana 929 can be used to prepare:

The optional Sana 702 Oil Extractor, sold separately, uses the 929's motor to press fresh oils from suitable seeds and chopped nuts.

The Sana 929 Ultimate is backed by Sana's lifetime manufacturer warranty on both the motor and parts for domestic use, subject to Sana's warranty terms.
