The Santos 10 is the perfect citrus only juicer for any establishment such as coffee shops, restaurants, central production kitchen or event caterer that wants to limit their investment and introduce fresh citrus juice to their offering. This French handmade machine is a real workhorse and is semi-automatic. You do have to first cut your citrus in half and then place this half fruit under the lever and push the lever down. This movement activates the extraction cone and quickly juices the half fruit. The Santos 10 only allows for glasses or a small container to be placed under its faucet. grapefruit, lemons and limes due to its citrus.
