Use and Care Instructions

First-time use: Wash simply with clean water (dish soap is okay), wipe dry with a cloth, and let it air dry.

We recommend coating the entire cutting board with cooking oil (vegetable oil). It will be ready for normal use after one day. (Since the board is boiled and dried, oiling prevents excessive moisture from the air and daily use from penetrating the board). This prevents warping and eliminates the need for future maintenance.

Note: Store upright when not in use. Do not lay it flat.

Upright storage allows air to circulate evenly on both sides, ensuring better stability and preventing warping.
