The brand: Schmincke has been producing the best, finest artist colours made in Germany since 1881, which are available in over 60 countries. The range includes watercolour, acrylic paints, oil paints, pastels, gouache, airbrush paints and specialities, such as bronzes.
Real aqua bronze shade "bleach gold" - rich, slightly reddish gold tone for gouache and watercolour painting, for weakly absorbent surfaces, such as paper, cardboard, painting cardboard or painting cloth (not suitable for plaster, metal or plastic)
Formulated with real bronze pigments, therefore extremely lightfast as well as more opaque and shiny than other metallic shiny effect colours made of pearlescent pigments.
Aqua bronzes dry smudge, but not waterproof. Also available in rich gold, rich pale gold, copper and silver.
Application: just before processing, mix the required amount of aqua bronze on a pallet with a little water. Depending on the amount of water, the coverage and the degree of gloss are affected. Dries smudge-proof but not waterproof.
