Description

The Sennelier HC10 Fixative Aerosol is a highly concentrated, professional-grade universal fixative formulated to provide maximum protection for artwork without altering its original appearance, texture, or tonal balance. Made with a premium protective acrylic resin, this formula delivers a strong, permanent, lightfast, and water-resistant finish that guards against yellowing and unwanted darkening over time.

Designed for precise application and minimal studio overspray, the HC10 features an innovative adjustable nozzle-simply turn the yellow component inside the cap to switch between a horizontal and vertical spray pattern. Whether used for securing fragile dry media like pastel and charcoal, sealing mixed media, or preparing surfaces, this versatile fixative provides an invisible, reliable shield across a wide spectrum of techniques and substrates.

Key Features

  • Highly Concentrated Acrylic Formula: Provides maximum holding power and surface protection with minimal product layer buildup.
  • Non-Yellowing & Color-Safe: Preserves the true depth, vibrancy, and original color values of artwork over time without darkening or yellowing.
  • Innovative Adjustable Nozzle: Rotating yellow spray tip allows switching between horizontal and vertical spray patterns for targeted application and minimal overspray.
  • Archival Durability: Formulated to be permanent, lightfast, and water resistant for finished works and preliminary surface prep.
  • Universal Media Compatibility: Safely secures dry media, paints, inks, gilding, and photographic surfaces.
