Make the perfect wood fire pizza in the comfort of your own home.
No chef skills needed- very easy and comfortable cooking.
Depending on the number of coals you have, you can easily cook your pizza under 10 minutes.
Just remember not to put your oven into direct flames.
For the ideal heat- adjust your grid height - so that your pizza is not less than 25cm above your coals.
Moderate heat 180 degrees Celsius is the best heat for cooking your pizza.
The Single square pizza dome is made of 304 stainless steel. Inside the pizza oven, there is a removable stainless steel tile ( made of 3cr12SS) that can easily be removed for cleaning, or for other cooking purposes.
The steel tile is stronger and cannot break like the other pizza tiles.
This oven is suitable for a wood fire, charcoal fire or even on gas braais.
Also included is a 304 stainless steel pizza spade.

The tile dimensions are 303mm x 303 mm, just the perfect size for a 30cm diameter pizza.
The tile is easy to clean. Only remove the tile when completely cooled down and clean it with soap and water. 304 stainless steel is high-grade stainless steel and suitable for the coastal areas.
