1. Quick Diagnostic

Confirm that the right earbud is charged. Place both pods in the case, ensure the LED on the case pulses, then remove and test.

Swap ears: put the right pod in your left ear to rule out fit or earwax issues.

Test on a second device (e.g., another phone or tablet) to isolate whether it's the pod or the original device.

2. Basic Connectivity & Volume Checks

1. On your source device, turn Bluetooth off and back on.

2. In Bluetooth settings, forget "Push Active True Wireless" and re-pair:

With pods in case, open lid

Press and hold the button on the case for 3 seconds until LEDs flash

Select "Push Active True Wireless" on your device

3. Once paired, launch music or a test-tone app and confirm volume is turned up equally for both channels in-app and on-device.

3. Reset Your Earbuds

A full reset can clear audio channel imbalances:

1. Place both earbuds in the charging case, leaving the lid open.

2. Press and hold the button on the case for 30 seconds. LEDs will flash red/white multiple times.

3. Close the case, wait 10 seconds, then re-open and re-pair following the steps in Section 2.

4. Update Firmware

1. Download the Skullcandy App (iOS or Android).

2. Connect your Push Active earbuds via the app.

3. If a firmware update prompt appears, follow on-screen instructions to install.

4. After updating, re-test audio balance.

5. Cleaning & Maintenance

Inspect the mesh speaker grille on the right pod for debris or earwax.

Gently clean with a dry, soft-bristled brush or a cotton swab-avoid liquids.

Check the charging contacts on both the pod and case; wipe with a dry cloth to ensure proper charging.

6. Fit & Seal Check

An improper seal can muffle sound on one side:

Swap silicon tips to ensure you're using the size that creates a snug seal.

Twist the earbud gently as you insert it to lock the seal.

Listen for a bass boost-if absent on the right, try a different tip size.
