Troubleshooting

1. Reset the Earbuds:

Place both earbuds in the charging case and close the lid.

Open the lid and remove the earbuds.

Press and hold the touch sensor on both earbuds for 10 seconds to reset them.

2. Re-pair the Earbuds:

Turn off Bluetooth on your device.

Put the earbuds back in the case and close the lid.

Open the lid and remove the earbuds. They should enter pairing mode automatically.

Turn on Bluetooth on your device and select "Smokin' Buds" from the list of available devices.

3. Clean the Earbuds:

Sometimes, debris or earwax can block the connection. Use a soft, dry cloth or a cotton swab to gently clean the earbuds and the charging contacts.

4. Check for Firmware Updates:

If your earbuds are compatible with the Skullcandy app, connect them to the app and check for any available firmware updates.

5. Mono Mode:

Ensure that the earbuds are not in mono mode. Place both earbuds in the case, take them out together, and let them pair with each other and your device.
