The Smart Power System (SPS) does not require an electrician and simply plugs into a standard wall socket.
It is designed to work inside your home or business providing electricity if the power goes off.
Devices plugged into the SPS are protected from damaging surges and spikes.

In addition, the SPS-1000 has a built-in solar controller for optional solar connection.

The SPS-1000 is a 24V machine and needs TWO 12V batteries wired in series.
DEEP CYCLE batteries only.
Not car batteries.
The battery compartment accommodates two 100Ah batteries.
Battery installation is straightforward with all instructions and cables supplied.
We supply high performance 12V 100Ah GEL batteries for the SPS on Takealot.
GEL batteries cost more but have a much longer cycle life.
Alternatively, you can source and fit any other type of deep cycle battery.
The SPS-1000 with 2 x 12V 100AH GEL batteries would run a modern 46" flat screen lcd TV (100W), DSTV decoder (50W), laptop (50W) and 20W low energy lamp for 6-7 hours.
OR would run a complete computer system (300W), 46" flat screen lcd Tv (100W), decoder (50W), two 20W lamps (40W), inkjet printer (50W), and phone charger for 3-4 hours.
OR an A+ fridge/freezer for 18-24 hours.
OR 2 x 20W lamps for 36 hours.
