For example, its 4000-lumen output can illuminate a path up to 230 meters, ensuring reliable visibility with versatile lighting options. With built-in USB-C charging, a side switch interface, and a durable build, it offers practical functionality. Featuring a 1-year warranty, this Sofirn IF23 for Outdoor Use suits campers, hikers, and outdoor enthusiasts.

Powerful Illumination for Outdoor Use

The Sofirn IF23 features a CREE XHP70.2 LED for primary illumination, complemented by a COB LED array with RGB capabilities, delivering a maximum output of 4000 lumens with a beam throw of 230 meters for the main beam. It is powered by an included 21700 Li-ion battery (5000mAh). It offers multiple modes, controlled by a side switch, with the following lumen outputs and runtimes:

Turbo (Main Beam): 4000 lumens for approximately 2 hours
High (Main Beam): 1500 lumens for approximately 3 hours
Medium (Main Beam): 500 lumens for approximately 6 hours
Low (Main Beam): 100 lumens for approximately 12 hours
COB (Flood): 400 lumens for approximately 4 hours
RGB Modes: Intensity not specified (runtime not specified)
The flashlight charges via a built-in USB-C port with a rubber cover, taking about 3.5 hours with a 5V charger, and includes a power indicator (green for 75-100% charge, yellow for 50-75%, red for 25-50%, flashing red for less than 25%). It has an IP68 waterproof rating, suitable for submersion up to 2 meters, and features a boost driver for stable output, though prolonged use on Turbo may generate heat, requiring careful handling. It also functions as a power bank for charging external devices.
Durable and Compact Design

The Sofirn IF23 is constructed from aluminum alloy with a hard-anodized finish, offering durability and corrosion resistance for outdoor conditions like camping or hiking. It measures 133mm in length with a head diameter of 40mm, weighing 145g without the battery (approximately 195g with the included 21700 battery), making it suitable for pocket carry. The flashlight features a side switch with a long travel design, a stainless steel bezel, and a textured body for grip, though the COB array's side placement may limit its use as a standalone floodlight.

Designed for Outdoor and Everyday Use

The Sofirn IF23 4000 Lumen 230m Throw Rechargeable Flashlight with 21700 Battery for Outdoor Use is tailored for campers, hikers, and outdoor enthusiasts needing a reliable, multi-purpose light for nighttime activities, emergencies, or power needs. For example, its 12-hour low mode ensures extended runtime for overnight trips, while the RGB COB array adds fun and utility for signaling, though the side switch UI requires practice to cycle through modes (click to turn on/off, hold to adjust brightness, double-click for RGB modes), and the power bank feature requires careful voltage management. The robust construction and IP68 rating enhance its reliability, but users should avoid direct eye exposure due to its intensity and rinse it with fresh water after use to maintain performance. The IF23's affordable price, included 21700 battery, and innovative features make it a practical choice for outdoor scenarios, offering a balance of power and convenience, though users should plan for heat management and UI familiarity.
