Description
Frankincense is obtained from steam distillation of the gum resin. It has been used for 1000's years as incense in religious ceremonies.
Its centring aroma slows the nervous system and promotes a feeling of calm and introspection, and a few drops in an essential oil burner can aid concentration and meditation. Frankincense is excellent for dry and mature skin and is said to preserve a youthful complexion and prevent wrinkles. Apart from being used as a cosmetic and a fragrance, frankincense oil has numerous therapeutic uses due to its reputation for immune system boosting.
SOiL oils are 100% pure, natural and 100% certified organic by Ecocert Greenlife.
SOiL oils are endorsed by Beauty Without Cruelty and the Vegan Society of South Africa.
