Solal Co-Enzyme Q10 80mg 60

An essential energising antioxidant, responsible for keeping cells alive. Co- enzyme Q10 deficiency results in heart damage, reduced brain function and cell death. Co- enzyme Q10 should be taken by everybody over 30 years of age. The new oil soluble co- enzyme Q10 is 30 percent better absorbed than conventional co- enzyme Q10.

Dosage Directions
- Adults: Take 1 capsule twice daily after meals.
- Children generally don't require co- enzyme Q10 supplementation, but can take half the adult dose if needed.
