• Solgar Omega 3-6-9 food supplement that combines omega-3, omega-6, and omega-9 fatty acids. These fatty acids are essential fats that play important roles in various bodily functions and are beneficial for overall health and well-being.
• Omega 3 consists of EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) and DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid). These are commonly found in oily fish such as sardines, mackerel and salmon. It also includes ALA (Alpha-linolenic Acid).
