Description
Take control of your reproductive health with the SpermCount Male Fertility Home Test - a fast, accurate, and easy-to-use home test that helps you understand whether your sperm concentration is within the normal fertile range. Sperm quality is a key factor in conception, and low sperm count is one of the most common causes of male infertility.
The SpermCount test detects SP-10, a protein found only on sperm cells, giving you a clear indication of whether your sperm concentration is above or below 15 million per milliliter (mL) - the World Health Organization's minimum threshold for normal fertility. Get results in just minutes, in the privacy and comfort of your home.
Why Choose SpermCount ?
Clinically accurate screening - Detects sperm concentration with high specificity using SP-10 technology.
WHO-aligned threshold - Indicates whether sperm levels are 15 million/mL (normal) or below (lower chance of conception).

When to Use
To ensure the most accurate results:
- Abstain from ejaculation for 3-7 days before collecting your sample.
- Avoid testing after illness, fever, or extreme stress, as these can temporarily impact sperm quality.
You may use this test to:
- Assess fertility when planning a pregnancy.
- Monitor sperm concentration over time.
- Perform an at-home screening before seeking medical fertility assistance.
How It Works
- Collect your semen sample in the provided cup after 3-7 days of abstinence.
- Allow the sample to liquefy for 60 minutes.
- Draw 0.1 mL using the transfer device and mix it with the dilution buffer.
- Add 2 drops of the mixture into the test cassette.
- Wait 5 minutes for your results.
Two lines (Control + Test) = Normal sperm concentration ( 15 million/mL).
One line (Control only) = Low sperm concentration (<15 million/mL).
