How It Works

1. Collect your semen sample in the provided cup after 3-7 days of abstinence.
2. Allow the sample to liquefy for 60 minutes.
3. Draw 0.1 mL using the transfer device and mix it with the dilution buffer.
4. Add 2 drops of the mixture into the test cassette.
5. Wait 5 minutes for your results.

Two lines (Control + Test) = Normal sperm concentration ( 15 million/mL).
One line (Control only) = Low sperm concentration (<15 million/mL).
