Description
Enjoy clean, pure and tasty water with the the Stefani dechlorinating, sterilising candle. Silver has shown to be effective in eliminating bacteria in contaminated household water.
Triple Action - sterilising filter made in Brazil, with colloidal silver coating applied to the inside of the candle, together with activated carbon, works to filter and reduce odors, flavors and chlorine content, in addition to reducing the presence of bacteria in water. The silver layer applied internally penetrates the pores of the cartridge, preserving its sterilizing property.
Each cartridge filters between 0.5 to 3 liters of water per hour during its life of 500 liters or up to 6 months of use. Discard the first 12 liters of filtered water per filter element (cartridge) before use. Eg 2 cartridges = discard 24 liters. Each candle has an average longevity of 4 to 6 months.
Requires regular cleaning with scourer or sandpaper when discoloured or water flow drops.
