Inspired by the true colour released by the female juniper cone, Sugarbird Juniper Unfiltered is perfect for the classic gin- drinking experience, while being juniper- forward in flavour. This gin embodies the full personality of juniper while still honouring Sugarbird's fynbos roots. It is purposefully dark to revere the Juniper cones' ripe colour and as a result looks a beautiful iridescent purple in a glass when mixed with tonic.
Ingredients:
Juniper cones, Cape chamomile, Burgundy sunset conebush, Black pelargonium, Scarlet erica, Rose geranium, Cape may, Crimson- eyed hibiscus, Pink grapefruit peel, Blueberry skins, Namibian myrrh, Grains of paradise.
