How to Install

1. Switch off and unplug the 3D printer.
2. Allow the heated bed to cool completely.
3. Remove the bed-levelling knobs and existing springs.
4. Place one silicone column over each mounting bolt.
5. Refit the heated bed and levelling knobs.
6. Tighten the knobs evenly without over-compressing the silicone.
7. Manually level the bed and perform a test print.
8. Fine-tune the bed height where necessary.

Important Use Information

• Always disconnect the printer from power before installation.
• Allow the print bed to cool before handling it.
• Do not overtighten or excessively compress the columns.
• Check that all four mounting points are secure before printing.
• Relevel the print bed after installation.
• Confirm fitment before removing the original springs permanently.

Care Instructions

Wipe the silicone columns with a clean, dry cloth when required. Keep them free from oil, filament residue and dirt. Inspect the columns periodically and replace them if they become cracked, permanently compressed or damaged.
