The Friends

How fortunate we can be when we are surrounded by wonderful friends who have a positive influence on our lives. How many of us have experienced toxic friendships? Unfortunately, not all of us are fortunate enough to have wonderful friendships. The author introduces you to ‘The Friends’. They are a group of friends, former and current, who have had a significant impact on his life in one way or another, and this book acknowledges the role that each one has played in his life. Their names are Streetwise, Care, Determination, Protection, Smile, Crazy, Confidence, Brother, Amazing, Influence, Tease, and Sacrifice. Streetwise, the friend that encouraged him to think before doing anything. Smile taught him to love himself completely. Brother, the betraying friend he hated loving, yet remained loyal to throughout.
