The Future of Work

The workplace is drastically changing. Managers have more direct reports than before the recession, Millennials will soon out number all other generations at work, businesses have the new technology and tools to boost performance, cut costs, and give employees more freedom over their own projects, and of course, our ability to work from anyplace, at any time.
