The Lady Is a General

From a shy pastor's kid growing up in Texas in the 1950s to cofounder of Generals International in the 1980s to a prophet, preacher, pioneer, intercessor, mentor, and advocate for other women leaders, Cindy Jacobs has had an incredible life. Now, in this deeply personal and remarkably practical book, she not only shares her life story but mines it for the hard-won lessons she longs to pass on to the next generation.

As Jacobs takes you through the twists and turns of her life as a woman in ministry, you'll be inspired to stick to the path God calls you to, no matter what challenges or hardships may come your way. She helps you recognize opportunities from God, avoid pitfalls that can stunt your spiritual growth, make good choices as you develop as a leader, and run the race ahead of you with joy and perseverance, never losing sight of the ultimate prize.

God is calling His people to mentor the next generation to advance the gospel. Let Cindy Jacobs inspire you to persevere through opposition, overcome personal limitations, navigate your calling, and finish well--whether you're just starting out or looking to leave a legacy that lasts.
