Description
Premium All-Weather Grill Cover - Engineered for South African Conditions
Unmatched Durability and Protection
Shield your braai from the elements with our heavy-duty, fade-resistant grill cover. Crafted from upgraded, encrypted polyester fabric with a thickened, waterproof vinyl coating, it provides year-round protection against UV rays, rain, snow, and cold cracking.
- Engineered for the SA Sun: The specialized UV-resistant coating prevents fading and cracking under the harsh South African sun, safeguarding your investment.
- Full-Dimensional Barrier: Now includes a dust and grime barrier to prevent exterior oxidation and internal rust.
Secure, Windproof Fit
Never worry about your cover blowing off. Sturdy hook-and-loop fastening straps and an adjustable hem drawstring ensure a snug, secure fit. Built to withstand gusty South Easter winds and Highveld storms, this cover stays put.
Important - Check Your Grill Size Before Ordering
This XL cover measures 190cm L × 71cm W × 117cm H. It is designed for large 5-6 burner gas braais or oversized custom stands. If your grill is smaller than 170cm in length, this cover will be too loose and may blow off. Please measure your grill's longest side, height, and depth, then compare.
Not sure? Choose a smaller size (we offer 28" to 72"). Contact us with your grill model for a recommendation.
Effortless Maintenance
Cleaning is simple: hose down to remove dirt, dust, and braai sauce, and air-dry in the sun for a quick cleanup.
- Safety Tip: Always allow your grill to cool completely before covering it.
Quick Q&A
Q: I live by the ocean. Can this cover handle salty air and strong winds?
A: Absolutely. The heavy-duty material resists fading and tearing, and the adjustable straps ensure a secure fit, making it highly resilient to coastal conditions.
Q: My grill is 150cm long. Will this XL cover fit?
A: It will be very loose (20cm+ extra on each side), which may allow wind to get underneath. We recommend our Large size (160cm) instead. Please measure before ordering.
Q: Water leaks through the seams - is it defective?
A: The seams are not sealed, so heavy rain can penetrate. This cover is designed for light rain and dust protection. For full waterproofing, we suggest using a waterproof spray on the seams or storing the braai under a shelter.
