Three War Plays

These plays are set in the cruelest decades of 20th-century Europe. Their characters survive, or succumb, with more or less honor, as history plays out around and through them. Includes: "White Seam," "A Break in Berlin" and "Partisans." Roger Howard is the founder of the Theatre Underground, for which these plays were written.
