Description
PURPOSE AND USE INFORMATION!!!
The piezoelectric fuel injector cannot be tested.
With regard to signal simulation: this product does not have signal generator function, and cannot simulate sensor signals such as crankshafts and camshafts.
Please note: In order for the ECU computer board to be fully operational on the rack and output oil injection / ignition control, it must be additionally equipped with an external signal generator to input sensor signals (such as crankshaft, camshaft, accelerator pedal, co-rail pressure, etc.). Please know before purchasing.
Why PD60 +?
A comprehensive platform test utility: it combines gasoline nozzles, diesel nozzles and positive / negative ignition coils simulation, covering the full range of mainstream models on the market.
A new upgrade for more stable performance: As a newly upgraded version of the classic PD60, the PD60 + perfectly inherits all the power of its predecessors and is fully optimized for internal circuit components and overall appearance to run more stablely and last longer. Smart security: built-in automatic overcurrent protection circuits. In the event of a short circuit or abnormal current during the test process, the equipment will automatically take protective measures to completely say goodbye to the risk of burning the ECU computer board or equipment.
Real-time data visibility: The panel integrates high-precision voltage and current meters, dynamically displaying the current voltage and working current of the stand test in real time, and troubleshooting is immediately visible.
Core simulation capabilities:
1. Diesel fuel nozzle simulation: support 12 V-24V diesel fuel nozzle test, independent support 1 to 6 cylinder negative trigger control simulation.
2. Gasoline Nozzle Simulation: Supports 12 V gasoline nozzle test, and supports 1 to 6 cylinder negative trigger control simulation independently. 3. Ignition coils simulation:
3.1 Positive-triggered simulation: Support is provided for 1 to 6 cylinders of independent ignition modules / positive-triggered coils testing.
3.2 Negative-triggered simulation: supports independent negative-triggered coils testing from 1 to 6 tanks.
3.3 Independent coil negative trigger: The panel is specially equipped with independent coil negative trigger (coil-trigger) interface.
Panel pins and bus interface definition instructions:
Power input: support DC12V-24V wide voltage input, equipped with light physical power source switch, flexible power supply.
Direct Current Output (DC Out): The panel is specially equipped with 3 groups of positive electrodes (+) and 3 groups of ground wires (-), which can directly supply external ECU as a bench voltage regulator.
Bus communication interface: the right green terminal directly leads to CAN-H, CAN-L, Lin (OBD-15), K line (OBD-7), eliminating the cumbersome jumper, easy connection ECU computer board.
120 termination resistor switch: built-in standard 120 ohm CAN bus matching resistor. When the bus communication is carried out, just dial the red code switch to the ON state, and the impedance can be matched with a key.
CAN analyzer special socket: independent white 2-pin interface (H / L), no need to cut the line, diagnostic instrument, analyzer direct seamless access.
Standard OBD-II socket: Integrated standard 16-pin female holder, pin definition perfectly fits standard factory diagnostics.

Typical rack wiring and testing guide:
Taking the common Bosch EDC17 diesel computer and Siemens gasoline computer as an example, the standard bench test steps are as follows:
1. Connect the power supply circuit: from the DC Out positive lead of the PD60 + to all the constant fire and switch fire lines of the ECU (+ 12 V or + 24 V); All ground (GND) pins connected to the ECU from the DC Out GND lead.
2.Establish a communication loop: connect the CAN-H, CAN-L or K-wire pair on the right side of the analog device to the communication pin of the ECU, and dial the 120 switch of the analog device to ON.
3. Connecting drive analog circuits:
3.1 Test diesel ECU: connect the upper diesel fuel injector (1-6 cylinder) terminal to the ECU fuel injection drive pin;The supplied 50 W 10 gold resistor must be connected to the DC Out positive at one end and the fuel metering valve control pin of the ECU at the other.
3.2 Test gasoline ECU: Connect the lower row gasoline nozzle terminal and ignition coil negative trigger terminal to the fuel injection and ignition drive pin corresponding to the ECU.
4. External signal driver: After the connection, because the analog device itself does not have a signal generator, you need to use the external signal generator to input the signal to the ECU crankshaft, shaft and other transmitters. When the ECU is activated, the fuel injection light flickers, ignition instructions and real-time voltage and current fluctuations are visible on the PD60 + panel.
