Specifications:
- Touch Dry: 30 Minutes – 1 Hour at 23 degrees celcius
- Recoating Time: 4 Hours at 23 degrees celcius
- Theoretical Spreading Rate: 6 – 8 square meters per litre
- Recommended Spreading Rate: 4 - 6 square meter per litre, depending on porosity of surface and application
- Can be applied with a brush or roller
- Clean rollers and brushes with water
- New surfaces: ensure the surface is free of loose particles and if the surface is powdery it should be hosed down with a high pressure washer or scrubbed with a hard bristle brush and water, all new tiles to be left to weather for 6 months
- Old surface in good condition: clean surface and rinse thoroughly and ensure that the old coating adheres to the substrate
- Powdery surface: sand down and remove dust, apply bonding liquid and allow to dry before applying top coats
- Always apply 2 coats of Top Paints Trend Roof and Paving paint
- Keep paint stored away from direct sunlight, heat and severe cold and keep container sealed and avoid contact with moisture
