Unstitched cotton buffing wheel 200mm x 1/2 bore, 50 ply highquality unstitched buff designed for final polishing and finishing of metals when used with appropriate polishing/finishing compounds. Manufactured from durable cotton, each fold/leaf of material is approximately 1mm thick to provide a smooth, consistent finish and excellent surface contact. Specifications: material: cotton diameter: 200mm ply: 50 bore: 1/2 ideal for use on a wide range of metals where a bright, high-gloss finish is required. For best results, select the correct compound and buff combination for the material being polished. Cutting compounds are typically used with sisal or stitched buffs such as a white stitched buff to remove stretcher strains, orange peel, polishing wheel grit lines and light die marks.
