Tradeweld Pre-packed electrode(312- 2.5MM) 8pk

A rutile coated stainless electrode. Weld in all positions ( except vertical down ). Highly alloyed electrode - extremely resistant to hot cracking even when diluted with carbon, austenic & high alloys of steel. Weld deposits give excellent resistance to corrosion and oxidation and good scaling resistance up to 1000°C (1850°F). Recommended for the repair & maintenance of all steels, particularly unkown compositions, joining dissimilar steels such as stainless steel to carbon steels and repairing Dies and tool steel. Use a buffer layer prior to hard surfacing.
