Tramontina Stainless Steel Skewer Holder Ring for Round Braai

You may use with the lid open or closed, but the performance with the lid open will not be as good as with the lid closed.
Close the lid every 30 minutes so the braai can re-heat.
Avoid leaving your barbecue grill closed for a long time, as food fats might cause flames that will, in turn, easily burn the food.
Remove the drip tray every hour and clean it to prevent fat from building up, thus reducing the risk of fire.
When using skewers with the grill, keep them away from children, pets and people with reduced physical, sensor, or mental capabilities. (*Skewers not included with the product).
The skewers support on your grill can be washed with a soft sponge, mild detergent and warm water. Rinse well with clean water and keep it dry.
It is necessary to clean the skewers after each use. * Fits most round braais. Use 75cm skewers with this product
