Compatibility

Works with most 12V-18V gate motors, garage motors, and door locks. Connect COM + NO to PB/BT (Push Button / Button Trigger) on your motor control board.

Important Notes before Purchasing

• The purchase of this product only includes the Smart Access Control Keypad. This DOES NOT include a magnetic door lock, power supply, or exit button may be required depending on your installation.
• This device ONLY works with 12V-18V DC power. It does NOT work with 12V-18V AC power supplies. Connecting an AC power supply will instantly damage this product and void the warranty.p
• Must be installed by a qualified Gate Automation Specialist. Please check with your installer by showing them the wiring diagram and specifications. Incorrect wiring can damage the device and void the warranty.
• A 4-core or 8-core low-voltage cable is required (not included). This cable must cover the full distance from the Access Control Keypad to your Gate or Garage Motor for power and signal connections.
• Requires an excellent 2.4GHz WiFi network and signal with a constant internet connection. Does NOT support 5GHz WiFi.
• Works with most 12V-18V gate motors, garage motors, and door locks that support PB/BT (Push Button / Trigger) input. Not compatible with systems that do not have a trigger input.
• Requires the Tuya or Smart Life app for remote unlocking and user management. A smartphone is required for setup.
