Universals of Psychoanalysis in the Treatment of Psychotic and Borderline States

This collection of papers offers a strikingly original synthesis of Kleinian and Piagetian ideas. All who work with psychotic or borderline patients will have much to learn from Dr Rey's imaginative grasp of both the primitive and more developed mental processes at work in the disorders and their treatment.

This book will enable a wider public to become acquainted with some of the most original and creative ideas to be found in the interface between psychoanalysis, psychiatry and other disciplines.
