USR TCP232-410S Industrial Serial to Ethernet Converter (RS232/RS485/RS422)

The USR TCP232-410S is an industrial-grade serial to Ethernet converter, also known as a serial device server, designed to provide bi-directional transparent data transmission between serial devices and Ethernet networks. It enables seamless protocol conversion between RS232, RS485, RS422 and TCP/IP without requiring changes to existing serial communication logic.

Built on a high-performance Cortex-M4 processor, the TCP232-410S integrates a complete TCP/IP protocol stack, allowing serial data to be encapsulated into Ethernet data packets automatically. Configuration is simple and intuitive via a built-in web page, AT commands, or Windows configuration software, making it suitable for both industrial deployment and system integration.

With support for Modbus RTU to Modbus TCP, wide DC 5-36V power input, electrical isolation, and robust surge protection, the TCP232-410S is ideal for industrial automation, remote monitoring, data acquisition, and embedded networking applications.
