Vehicle Mileage and Maintenance Log

Record the date, type of service, starting mileage, ending mileage, fuel cost, and any other info you'd like. You do not need to fill out all information for each item you log, only what is pertinent to your specific needs.. Keep this stored in your glove-box or transportation office to maintain a record of service and more.
